Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after placing the order and before the food preparation has started. Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If the food quality was not acceptable.
If any issue occurs, please contact us immediately with your order details. After verifying the issue, the refund will be processed.
Refund Time
Approved refunds may take 3ā7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Return Policy
Since we deal with freshly prepared food, returns are generally not accepted. However, if there is a genuine problem with the order, we may offer a replacement or refund.
